8 companies from Pakistan exhibited at Automechanika Dubai 2019
KARACHI:Dr Nasir Khan, Commercial Counselor of Pakistan to Dubai visited Automechanika Dubai 2019 and appreciated Pakistani products showcased in the fair.
Usman Qureshi, Manager Exports of Pakistan Accumulators said that Automechanika Dubai is a big platform to gather buyers and sellers at one place. Dubai also acts as a hub for business. It’s easily approachable for everyone. This is the reason we have been participating in Automechanika Dubai since 4 to 5years, it gives us international exposure and people around the globe also get to know that Pakistan has such big battery manufacturing companies that are exporting too.
Nawaz Khan, Export Manager of Super Horn House shared his views about the fair that overall response was good. We got really good clients especially from Saudi, Iraq and Egypt. We are hoping to appear next year as well. Shan-e-Ahmed, CEO of Multitech Engineering said, “We got business from Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Nigeria, Kenya and Iran, local visitors also visited our stand. Throughout our stand seemed quite busy in all 3 days of the fair.”

Automechanika Dubai aims to raise the bar in the products, equipment and services available for the automotive aftermarket in the wider Middle East region by bringing international manufacturers and suppliers together with regional distributors and buyers.
1,880 exhibitors from 63 countries showcased their innovations related to the auto industry and hosted 32,0000 trade visitors.
Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) had organized a National Pavilion Century Engineering, Ghauri Tyres and Tubes, Multi Tech Engineering, Super Horn and Pakistan Accumulators participated through the Pakistan Pavilion, whereas direct exhibitors from Pakistan were Daewoo Battery, Panthar Tyres and Rastgar Engineering.
Pakistan had participated with more than 20 other international pavilions including Japan, France, Germany, USA, UAE and UK etc.
Ghauri Tyre and Panthar Tyres from Pakistan exhibited in Reifen Zone which is specifically for tyres.
Visitors from Pakistan:
PASPIDA North and PASPIDA South had organized a delegation of their executive members to visit Automechanika Dubai. Altogether 600 visitors from Pakistan have visited the fair this year, which clearly shows the importance of this fair for the Pakistani Auto Sector.
Among all of them, 50 delegates and 10 Lucky draw winners got VIP Badges and Exclusive dinner Passes from Automechanika Dubai.
