Cathay Pacific to resume flights to and from Karachi on 13 June


KARACHI: After further reviewing the situation at Jinnah International Airport in Karachi, Cathay Pacific will resume flights to/from Karachi on 13 June (Friday) with additional capacity to help meet demand from recently cancelled flights.

The updated schedule for 13 June (Friday) through 15 June (Sunday) is as follows:

From Bangkok to Karachi: CX703/11Jun is rescheduled to depart Bangkok on Friday 13th June at 09:00 and arrive Karachi at 12:05. CX703/13Jun is rescheduled to depart Bangkok on Saturday 14th June at 09:00 and arrive Karachi at 12:05. CX703/14Jun is rescheduled to depart Bangkok on Sunday 15th June at 09:00 and arrive Karachi at 12:05.

From Karachi to Bangkok: CX2700/12Jun is rescheduled to depart Karachi on Friday 13th June at 13:05 and arrive Bangkok at 20:05. CX2700/14Jun is rescheduled to depart Karachi on Saturday 14th June at 13:05 and arrive Bangkok at 20:05.

CX2700/15Jun is rescheduled to depart Karachi on Sunday 15th June at 13:05 and arrive Bangkok at 20:05.

From Hong Kong to Karachi: Passengers travelling between Friday June 13th and Sunday 15th June will be protected on flights between Hong Kong and Bangkok to connect with the above flights from Bangkok to Karachi.

We suspended 2 flights this week in the wake of the unfortunate incident that took place at JIAP and we will then review the situation to decide if we continue to operate on this new timing or revert to our old schedule” said Feroze Jamall, Country Manager Pakistan, Cathay Pacific Airways.
