Encroachments removed around hospital

KARACHI: On the directive of administrator Karachi, Anti-Encroachment Department of Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) has on Thursday removed encroachments from and around Muslim Medical Center in Godhra Camp, New Karachi.

In the operation, many illegal push carts, pan cabins, iron stalls, sunshades in front of shops and other encroachments were removed from around the medical center to make travelling easy.

The encroachments were creating hurdle for patients visiting the hospital, therefore KMC had received complaint from the hospital.

Assistant Commissioner Waris Sheikh, Deputy Director Muhammed Younis and local police were also accompanied along other KMC officers in the operation.
