Five fall prey to Karachi violence


KARACHI: Five people, including a girl, were killed in separate incidents of violence in the city on Monday. Four bullet-riddled bodies of unidentified men, aged between 25 and 30, were recovered from Raees Goth in Baldia Town. The bodies were shifted to Sohrab Goth mortuary.

A teenage girl, Nazia, 18, daughter of Habib, was shot dead by unidentified armed men in Lines Area, Saddar. The body was shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre for medico-legal formalities.

A man, Rahat Ali, 40, son of Abdul Ghafoor, received stray bullet injuries near police station in Ibrahim Hyderi, Korangi. The injured was rushed to JPMC for treatment.
