KARACHI: Major General Bilal Akbar was named as new Director General Rangers Sindh, according to Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) statement. According to ISPR statement, DG Rangers-designate Major General Bilal Akbar will take over his responsibilities next month. Major Akbar is currently serving as General Officer Commanding (GOC) Lahore.
The ISPR statement stated that Akhtar would continue his office as DG Rangers Sindh until the new provincial chief takes charge from him in August. The ISPR statement said Akhtar completed his term successfully by discharging his responsibilities in an efficient manner.
