Pak snooker team leaves for Qatar on April 9 for training, Asian Championship

Karachi: Pakistani cueists will travel to Doha, Qatar on April 9 to attend joint training with local players and later feature in 32nd Asian Snooker Championship.

The Qatar Billiards & Snooker Federation (QBSF), hosts of the Asian Championship, had requested Pakistan Billiards & Snooker Association (PBSA) to send the Pakistan snooker one week prior to the tournament to hold a joint training and practice camp with Qatar cueists.

PBSA has accepted the invitation and will be sending four cueists to travel one week earlier to Doha on April 9.

Mohammad Bilal, Sohail Shahzad, Mohammad Asif and Mohammad Sajjad will attend the training camp and later feature in the tournament.

The officials and referees from Pakistan will travel as per their earlier schedule on April 15.
