Pakistan jumps to second spot in Test rankings

Karachi: A 127-run triumph against England in the third and final Test, which helped the host Pakistan seal three-match Test series 2-0 in UAE on Thursday, has also propelled Pakistan to second spot in ICC Test Rankings.

It is the first time since 2006 that men in green claimed second position in the longest format of the game.

Meanwhile, the loss has pushed England down to No. 6 in the ranking. Before the series began, England held third spot in the rankings while Pakistan started the series at fourth spot.
