KARACHI: Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) leader Qaiser Iqbal Qadri has said that a large number of people would gather at Quaid’s Mausoleum on May 11 to protest against the corrupt system.
He said this during a press conference at divisional secretariat of PAT in Gulshan-e-Iqbal. Rao Kamran, Zafar Shah, Advocate Azhar and other workers of the party were also present.
He said that the protest would be held against the so-called democratic system and elections, terrorism, privatization of national organizations, corruption, load-shedding, law and order issues, campaign against national security institutions, attack on journalists and inflation.
The protest rally would start from Numaish Chowrangi to Tibet Centre at 3:00pm.
“We invite all the patriotic parties and masses to participate in the rally to make it successful,” he said.
