PPP committee to serve IDPs: minister


KARACHI: Provincial Minister for Parliamentary Affairs, Environment and Coastal Development, Dr Sikandar Mandhro, has said that Chairman Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari had constituted a committee at Pakistan level to facilitate IDPs of South Waziristan and he has been selected a member from PP Sindh.

This he said while talking to media men here in Assembly Building. Mandhro said that the committee would work day and night to provide facilities and necessary services to IDPs because PPP had strong roots all over the country and the party would coordinate and cooperate with these brethrens & sisters and every possible service would be given to them so that they might feel comfortable.

The minister said Pakistan People’s Party is the most popular party of Pakistan and its leadership had always made efforts to reduce the grievances and troubles of the people of Pakistan and committed to continue its efforts in right direction.’ He said that we would come up to the expectations of IDPs and never leave them in their difficult time.
