Seminar on Japan-Pakistan relations
Karachi: The Greenwich University and Pakistan-Japan Intellect Forum held a seminar on Japan Pakistan Relations at the campus of Greenwich University, in Karachi today.
The purpose of the seminar is to enhance the intellectual relationships and deepen the mutual understanding between Japan and Pakistan.
Toshikazu Isomura, Consul General of Japan in Karachi, addressing the students hoped that the Seminar on Japan would promote the friendship between the two countries.
Iqbal Burma, a founder member of Pakistan Japan Intellect Forum, gave a presentation about issues related to Japan and North Korea.
The Vice Chancellor of Greenwich University, Seema Moghul, said that Pakistan and Japan enjoy cordial relationships in various fields. She said that the abduction of Japanese citizens is a serious issue and needs to be addressed peacefully.
Later, the Vice Chancellor of Greenwich University presented shield to the Consul General of Japan in Karachi.
