Three killed in accidents


KARACHI: Three persons including a woman were killed in different mishaps in the metropolis on Wednesday.

A man, Qari Mahboob, 40, son of Mohammad Ismail, was killed when a speeding vehicle hit him in Madina Colony, Orangi Town. The body was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital (ASH) for an autopsy.

A 60-year-old woman was killed in a mishap at Urdu Bazaar, Nazimabad. The body was shifted to ASH for medico-legal formalities.

In another incident, a boy, Imran, 18, son of Mumtaz, drowned into a Nullah of Gulshan-e-Sikandarabad in Keamari area. The body was shifted to Civil Hospital Karachi for an autopsy.
