Two killed in violence incidents


KARACHI: Two persons were killed and four other injured in different violence incidents in Karachi on Monday.

A 50-year-old man, Anwar Shah was killed in firing by unidentified armed men in Hassan Colony area of Gulbahar. The body was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for medico-legal formalities.

A minor boy was found dead in Quaidabad. According to rescue sources, the body was three days old and it was shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) for postmortem.

Two men, Rasheed and Shakeel, were injured in firing by unidentified armed motorcyclist in Steel Town. The injured were shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) for treatment.

In another incident of firing, two men Ismail, 25, son of Allah Bux, and Imran, 15, son of Ijaz Ahmed were injured in firing by unidentified armed men in Faqeer Colony areas of Orangi Town. The injured were shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for treatment.
