Two more killed in Karachi violence


KARACHI: Two more persons were killed and two others injured in different violence incidents in the city on Sunday. A man, aged 35, was killed by unknown armed men at Islam Chowk in Orangi town. The body was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital (ASH) for medico-legal formalities. The identity of the victim could not be ascertained yet.

Separately, an unidentified man, aged 40, was shot dead by unknown culprits in Orangi town No-1 near Sindh Government Qatar Hospital. The body was shifted to ASH for a postmortem examination.

Usman, 35, son of Muhammad, was shot and injured by unidentified armed persons at Nawa Lane in Lyari. The injured was rushed to Civil Hospital Karachi (CHK) for treatment. Meanwhile, Muhammad Kashif, 35, son of Abdul Qadir, was injured by unknown armed men at Shoe Market in Garden area. The injured was shifted to ASH for treatment.
