Two pickpockets arrested from CHK


Karachi: Two pickpockets were arrested red-handed from the premises of Civil Hospital Karachi on Thursday.

Sources of hospital said two teenage pickpockets were caught red-handedly by people when they were trying to steal the mobile phone from a lady doctor in the premises of Outpatient Department. The accused were handed-over to Eidgah Police Post established in the premises of hospital for further investigation.

Eidgah Police said the accused were identified as 15-year old Faisal son of Sajjad and 14-year old Noor-ul-Islam. The police registered FIR against them.

An official of hospital said six members of a teenager pickpocket group are involved in stealing mobile phones and other valuables from visiting OPD patients and staff in the premises of hospital.
