PTI submits resolution against children violence

KARACHI: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on Wednesday submitted a resolution in Sindh Assembly Secretariat against violence on children and for implementation of ban on child labor.

The resolution, submitted by Khurram Sher Zaman, MPA PTI, demanded immediate action against those forcing children to work.

Talking to media after submitting the resolution, Zaman said he took the step after brutal torture on a 10-year-old boy working at a home in Clifton.

He said that he was contacting with Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) and others parties and was hopeful for unanimous passage of the resolution.
