KARACHI: Anti-Terrorism Court-I (ATC-I) on Wednesday remanded five suspects to police custody till 10th March 2014 in murder case.
Police produced all five accused, Ghulam Ali, Abdul Khaliq, Arbelo, Lal Mohammad and Abdul Rasheed, before ATC-I Judge under tight security.
According to police, all five suspects were involved in attack on railway track near Dhabeji on 4 February 2014, in which an unknown girl was killed and 26 other people wounded.
Police arrested suspects from the remits of Steel Town police station on 11th February during a raid.
The case (FIR 42/2014) was registered under Sections 302 (premeditated murder), 324 and 34 (common intention) of the Pakistan Penal Code read with Section 7 of the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997 at Steel Town police station.
