A delegation of the World Bank headed by Country Director called on Provincial Minister for Education Shahram Khan Tarakai in Peshawar.
They discussed matters relating to the Education sector in the province.
Speaking on the occasion, the minister said the government is committed to provide better educational facilities to the students.
He said various projects including smart school system, training to teaching staff, provision of furniture, upgradation of schools, 2nd shift programme and other projects have been initiated.
The WB delegation said all the projects will be completed in collaboration with the government under new programme “Human Capital” within five years across the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The delegation also met with Adviser to CM on Energy Himayatullah Khan and discussed various aspects for development of agriculture sector.
