Peshawar: Chairman Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaaf Imran Khan during his visit to Peshawar on Wednesday went to village Bahdur Kalay Ghari Mausam Khan in the Suburb of Peshawar. Accompanied by Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pervez Khattak, he paid a visit to the residence of Kashif Khan Constable Bomb Disposal squad who along with his other
colleagues was martyred in an incident of remote controlled bomb blast in Sheikh Mohammadi Peshawar while travelling for defusing a bomb there the other day. Imran Khan met the family members of the martyrs and offered fateha for the departed souls.
Children and other family members of the other two martyred personnel including BDS incharge Abdul Haq and constable Aminul Haq were also present there. Secretary General PTI Jahangir Tareen, Inspector General Police Nasir Khan Durrani, Advisor to CM Ziaullah Afridi, Chairman DDAC Peshawar Ishtiaq Urmar and member provincial assembly from the area Fazle-e-Elahi were also present on the occasion.
Talking on the occasion Imran Khan said that the provincial government would not only immediately provide all the assistance to the heirs of the martyrs under Shuhada package would also provide all other facilities to them. He assured that he would personally look after the children of the martyrs. While lauding the role of police Jawans for protecting the lives and properties of the general public and paying rich tributes to them he assured that besides the
provincial government, Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf would also stand behind the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police like a rock.
