Lahore: The Lahore Chamber of Commerce & Industry Saturday expressed deep grief and sorrow over the tragic incident in Naltar and loss of at least seven precious lives.
LCCI President Ijaz A. Mumtaz said that the entire nation was in a state of shock on the deaths caused by the helicopter crash in Naltar.
A couple of weeks ago both the Ambassadors visited Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry and stressed the need for exchanged on many issues.
The LCCI President said that both the diplomats were human beings par excellence besides being experts in their field of business.
He said that deaths of the ambassadors of Norway and Philippines was not only a huge tragedy but a loss to the national economy as they were doing a lot to strengthen the economic ties between Pakistan and their respective countries.
He prayed to the Almighty Allah to keep the departed souls in peace and let the family bear this irreparable loss with fortitude.
