LAHORE: Provincial Minister Population Welfare Department Hashim Dogar has said that there is no room for incompetence and ignorance in this department. If today we do not address this issue of increasing population then in future we will be held responsible of all problems. He was addressing the launching ceremenor of pilot project, “E-Registration of Eligible Couples”, organized here today. Initially online registration would be carried out in 10 districts of Punjab. The minister proudly told the participants that Prime Minister Imran Khan is pleased over the performance of the department. Chief Minister Punjab has also applauded the working of the Population Welfare department. Therefore, 100 percent increase has been given in the departmental budget for FY 2021-22.

Later, provincial minister chaired the performance review meeting of District Population Welfare Offices. While addressing the participants, Hashim Dogar urges them to work diligently and honestly. And, requested to turn their focus towards healthy mother and healthy child.
