PCG seizes 16.80 kg hashish

KARACHI: Pakistan Coast Guards (PCG) seized fine quality Hashish from Naka Khari check post near Winder in Balochistan. According to a PCG report issued on Friday, PCG officials received information from intelligence sources about the smuggling of narcotics through RCD Highway. Different passenger coaches were stopped for checking at Naka Khari check-post near Winder. During checking of a passenger coach, PCG officials recovered approximately 16.80 kilograms of hashish from unclaimed baggage.

The coach was moving from Quetta to Karachi. After complete search, the bus was released being a public carrier. Further investigation and legal process was under way by PCG special investigation team.
