Peshawar: KP Chief Minister Pervez Khatak’s Principal Secretary Dr. Shehzad Bangash and Commissioner Peshawar Capt (R) Munir Azam visited Lady Reading Hospital and Combined Military Hospital in Peshawar and enquired after the health of injured children of Peshawar incident upon the special directives of the Chief Minister.
They lauded the courage of the children and their parents and assured that provincial govt would leave no stone unturned for looking after and treatment of the children till their complete recovery. They said that PTI chairman Imran Khan and Chief Minister Pervez Khattak have given special directives to the provincial govt in respect of the treatment of the injured children of APS incident.
On this occasion the injured students frankly talked with the high ups of the provincial govt and told that they instead of scaring of the terrorists would immediately start going to their school soon after recovery and would take revenge in shape of attaining higher education.
Dr. Shehzad Bangash and Capt (R ) Munir Azam also enquired after the health of Ahmad Nawaz at LRH whose left arm was seriously injured by the terrorists while his another brother was martyred in the APS carnage. They assured the injured student and his parents they treatment of Ahmad Nawaz would be undertaken in govt patronage and if his medical team recommended for sending him abroad for treatment then it would also be arranged accordingly.
He further assured that provincial govt would be only relaxed when all the injured children including Ahmad Nawaz are fully recovered and sent home. The parents and injured children thanked the provincial govt and higher authorities for taking care of them.
