Peshawar: Advisor to Chief Minister for Social Welfare Dr. Mehar Taj Roghani will spend March 21st (Friday) in the Chief Minister’s Complaints’ and Redressal Cell (CRC) and will hear public complaints.
She will sit in CRC from 2:00 t0 5:00 P.M and besides applications received through fax, e-mail and website she will also hear live complaints of the people and issue directives for their resolution.
The people have been told that she could be contacted regarding complaints about government departments on telephone No.091-9222460 and Fax No.9212237. Those who want to lodge their complaints in person and visit CRC for this purpose are also encouraged.
Chairman, CRC, Haji Dilroz Khan has requested the people to dispatch only their problems and complaints regarding provincial departments to the cell and avoid sending complaints relating to federal departments and sub-judice matters as no action could be taken on them.
