Mobile complaint system starts in Swat

Peshawar: Mobile complaint system has been started in District Swat under which any citizen can sent his/her complaint to the Deputy Commissioner and get solved his/her problem within 3 to 4 days.

This was announced by the Deputy Commissioner Swat Mahmood Aslam Wazir in a special meeting with heads of all the District Departments including Assistant Commissioners of all seven Tehsils of the District.

The Deputy Commissioner warned the officers to ensure proper solution of the genuine complaints of the public so that their problems could be solved on priority basis. The Deputy Commissioner disclosed that severe punishment will be given to the wrong complainants.

Not only their mobile Nos. will be blocked through Pakistan Tele communication Authority but legal punishment under the relevant laws will also be given to thoseComplainants who will lodge false complaints, thus not only wasting time of the govt. officers but also causing hurdles in the achievement of good governance goals. To lodge complaint, the complainant will simply write DCS and send it to 8333.
