Peshawar: Advisor to Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for Population Welfare Shakeel Ahmad Khan has said the government has no proposal to terminate the male-mobilizers.
He was talking regarding reports on male mobilizers published in the newspapers in which reports about the termination of 480 mobilizers were published.
Taking notice of these news reports, the Advisor immediately contacted the Chief Minister and a decision was made to hold a meeting in which relevant high authorities including Finance Department’s will participate in the next meeting to resolve this issue.
Shakeel Ahmad Khan said the services of male-mobilizers would not only be continued but also efforts would be made to regularize them. He said their salaries would also be raised to Rs. 10 thousands. The Advisor assured the male mobilizers to take solid steps to remove their difficulties and reservations.
He said the PTI provincial government was fully aware about the difficulties and problems of all the segments of the society and was utilizing all its resources to resolve them on priority basis so that the injustices and deprivation did in past could be removed as early as possible.
