Peshawar: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for health Shaukat Ali Yousafzai attended the Chief Minister complaint Cell on Friday, personally listened public grievances and issued on the spot directives to the concerned quarters for its redressal. He was assisted by Chairman of the Cell Haji Dilroz Khan, Vice-Chairman Mukarram Khan Afridi and Parliamentary Secretary for Planning & Development Mian Khaliqur Rehman.
Health Minister soon after Juma prayers arrived in the cell and remained there till late in night where he received complaints through telephone calls, email, fax and Dak and issued necessary directives for their redressal.
He assured the callers that not only their complaints would be redressed but they would soon feel positive changes in the service delivery of govt departments after the enforcement of accountability commission, access to service and access to information laws because these laws would make it binding on the government officials to fulfill the expectations of the public by improving the public service delivery system.
Shakuat said that in the dynamic leadership of Chief Minister Pervez Khattak the coalition government of the province has put an end to the evils of corruption, commission and nepotism in the government departments and transparency had been ensured with the aim to provide quality civic facilities as well as quick and easy justice to the commoners.
