Karachi, Frieslandcampina Engro Pakistan Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company will be held on October 19, 2021 at Karachi. The agenda of the meeting will to consider the Quarterly Accounts for the period ended June 30, 2021.

Further, the company has declared the closed period from October 12, 2021 to October 19, 2021.

FrieslandCampina Engro Pakistan Limited is a public listed company incorporated in Pakistan. The Company is a subsidiary of FrieslandCampina Pakistan Holdings B.V. which is a subsidiary of Zuivelcoöperatie FrieslandCampina UA. The principal activity of the Company is to manufacture process and sell dairy products, beverages, ice cream and frozen desserts. The Company also owns and operates a dairy farm.
