Buzdar observes previous rulers ignored public needs

LAHORE:Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar said on Saturday that personal interests had no place before Pakistan’s interests.

Prime Minister Imran Khan has always put Pakistan’s interests first, said Chief Minister Usman Buzdar in his statement. He added that the purpose of opposition politics was to save its corruption. He said: “The country has deviated from its original destination due to wrong policies of former rulers. The previous governments made more claims and less work. The former rulers ignored the needs of the people by starting exhibition projects.”

Our government has started numerous public welfare projects during the last three years. We have set a new precedent by reforming the sectors. We will further accelerate the journey of serving the people, he added.
