QUETTA: Law and order situation in Balochistan if not exemplary there is considerable improvement in it. Thousands of people were killed in terrorism who did not known why they were being killed.
These views were expressed by Balochistan Chief Minister Dr Abdul Malik Baloch while addressing second anniversary of martyrs of Alamdar Road incident here Saturday.
Paying tributes to martyrs Dr Malik Baloch said that nation was passing through pain from the last 15 years and we fully realize their grief and difficulties.
He said topmost priority of present coalition government is improvement of law and order situation. Security to life and property of people from Taftan to Zhob and Gwadar to Dera Allah Yar is our responsibility. He said he considers himself answerable to people of Balochistan and the country. He said several accused of incidents with Hazara people have been arrested. A plan has been prepared to cleanse Provincial Capital of crimes by benefitting modern technology. Work on it would start shortly. He said efforts were underway to restore hustle and bustle of Quetta and as a result of efforts of Government and forces situation was gradually improving.
