PM’s Fee Reimbursement scheme launched

QUETTA: Youth are assets of Country. Federal government headed by Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has launched six schemes for youth. This also includes fee reimbursement scheme. He said Federal government would reimburse fees to 33444 students PhD, MPhil, MSc and MA of universities in 59 districts of the country. Federal government would also reimburse Universities fees to 5948 students in 32 districts of Balochistan. This fee reimbursement would continue for coming four years. In the new budget federal government would also provide laptops to university students.

This was stated by Federal Finance minister Senator Ishaq Dar while addressing PM Fees Reimbursement Scheme at Governor House here Wednesday.

Balochistan Governor Muhammad Khan Achakzai, chief Minister Dr Abdul Malik Baloch, Federal Minister Lt General (R ) Abdul Qadir Baloch, Minister of State Baleeghuz Zaman and senior officers were also present.

Ishaq Dar said Rupees 1.2 billion have already been released under PM Fees Reimbursement scheme for Students of Balochistan.

He said Rupees 162 billion would be allocated for mega development projects under Pak-China Economic Corridor. He said Prime Minister has initiated special projects for progress and prosperity of Balochistan.
