QUETTA: We would fight our battle for coast and resources and collective rights of Balochistan in Islamabad. Drama of devolution of powers to the provinces under 18 th amendment has failed. Several departments are with Federation. Whether it is Dr Abdul Malik Baloch or PML-N there will be no change in situation.
This was stated by Chief Organiser Pakistan Tehreek Insaf (PTI) Sardar Yar Mohammad Rind while addressing party workers, Rind tribal elders and Media upon arrival here Sunday.
Earlier he was accorded warm welcome upon arrival at Quetta International Airport here today by large number of PTI workers and others.
Sardar Rind said loot of resources and excesses continues in Balochistan. Rulers do not come to power to serve the masses but to take their blood. Little Paris of the past has been changed into ruins. But now change has started in Balochistan as well and we would take this to every nook and corner and spread PTI message.
Later speaking with Media he said PTI workers charged crowd is bell to true change in the province. People want change and PTI no doubt is only party which is serious for devolution of powers to smaller provinces including Balochistan.
He said situation would not change with change of Dr Malik Baloch or arrival of PML-N.
He said Nasirabad Division is only agrarian area of the province but due to negligence of government it is faced with destruction. Chief Minister should immediately ascertain prices of rice or people would come to streets to save lives of their children and PTI would stand by them.
Sardar Rind said after meeting with Imran Khan Kissan Conference would be organized in Nasirabad division shortly.
He said by according extension to Secretary Election Commission for three years efforts are afoot to hold elations in 2018. PTI does not accept this decision. During 2013 elections PTI’s mandate was stolen. He said Dr Malik Baloch should come down from his plane to take notice of the plight of the people. He said PTI enjoys silent support of a major strengthen of men, women and youth and it would secure victory during coming elections.
