QUETTA: We are ready for talks with angry Baloch but without international guarantee talks cannot be successful.

This was stated by President Jamhoori Watan party Talal Akbar Bugti at a Press conference at Bugti House here Sunday.

He said Balochistan Chief Minister Dr Abdul Malik Baloch is helpless. How can he hold talks with angry Baloch. If he was offered for talks he was ready but angry Baloch cannot agree for talks without international guarantee.

He said Prime Minister and President PML-N Nawaz Sharif during his visit to his house assured that he would try to resolve problems of Bugtis and rehabilitate them in their areas. But it seems he was not also free for his decisions rather he cannot be independent on his decision for foreign policy.

He aid sole solution to Balochistan problem is talks and seriousness and Army and Punjab can lay their role in this regard problems can be solved.

Answering a question Talal Bugti said ignoring Balochistan in Gwadar-Kashgar is excess with this province. He said all the agreements signed were not with Pakistan but with Punjab. He said Country should be saved form disintegration. If it happened Punjab would be worst sufferer. He asked media to play its role in resolution fo Balochistan problem or it would go to heap of explosive.

Answering another question Talal Bugti said operation was under way in many parts of Balochistan including Mekran, Dera Bugti and people were being made disappeared. We ask Balochistan Chief Minister who makes claims in this regard if he has control over Balochistan problems. We understand Chief Minister is helpless.

He aid Prime Minister had asked Dr Malik Baloch to come to Bugti House but he (Talal) asked him not to bring him as no one believes in him.

He said role played by Imran Khan and Tahirul Qadri to weaken democracy is known to all. It has no example in the country’s history. Tehreek Insaf had tried for the imposition of Martial law. PTI leaders admitted that Army used us but did not end the government as promised.
