Turkish Ambassador meets Governor, CM


QUETTA: Balochistan Governor Muhammad Khan Achakzai has said Pakistan and turkey have close friendly and brotherly rations and there exists mutual cooperation between two countries in economic, cultural and other sectors. He said this during his meeting with Turkish Ambassador Babar Girgin who paid a courtesy call on him here Thursday. Governor Achakzai expressed the hope economic and trade cooperation between two countries would further increase. They also exchanged views on mutual relations between Pakistan and turkey and other matters of mutual interest.

Governor also hosted lunch for the visitor. Balochistan Chief Minister Dr Abdul Malik Baloch, Senior Minister Nawab Sanaullah Zehri and provincial minister Sardar Mustafa Tareen also attended.

Turkish envoy also held meeting with Chief Minister Dr Abdul Malik Baloch and exchanged two way relations and matters of mutual interest.

Turkish ambassador appreciated government’s efforts for development of City and said that it can benefit from Istanbul’s solid waste management system and experience. He said Turkey was ready to provide technical assistance He also offered for introduction of Transport metro. Chief Minister said that both turkey and Pakistan have brotherly relations and people of Pakistan have great care for friendship with Turkey. He said we would welcome investment in the sectors of trade, fisheries, mining, education and health and they would be provided complete security.
