NAUNDERO: Sindh government has decided to challenge the decision of the Sindh High Court in the Supreme Court of Pakistan, reliable sources claimed here on Monday.
Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah called on PPP co-chairman Asif Zardari here in Bhutto on Monday and apprised
him about the SHC decision in which the amendments made in SPLG Act had been declared illegal.
Reliable party sources told media that it was also decided to hold parleys with MQM and other political parties to discuss the issue and sort out their problems in connection with the recent delimitation carried out by the present rulers in Sindh without consulting other parties.
These sources further said that a committee had also been formed to bridge gap between PPP & MQM and added that the committee include Chief Minister, Awais Muzaffar, Nisar Ahmed Khuhro, Manzoor Wassan and Agha Siraj Durrani.
The committee is expected to talk to MQM tomorrow (Tuesday) in Karachi. Meanwhile, Ex-President Asif Ali Zardari arranged a luncheon in honour of all the Bhutto Estate employees and personal servants working in Bhutto House here on Monday.
About 250 employees participated in the luncheon. Zardari and his sister MNA Faryal also participated in it. After having lunch, Zardari and Qaim left for Karachi.
