Punjab Governor Baligh ur Rehman has termed foreign investment a key to strengthen economy and increase job opportunities in the country.

He was talking to a delegation of an international ride company that called on him in Lahore on Saturday.

The Governor expressed hope that the company’s investment will improve infrastructure of digital transport in country.

During the meeting, the multinational company expressed interest in promoting local entrepreneurs and launching provision of services for digital online vehicles.

The Governor proposed to devise a plan for pick and drop service for school going children at cheaper rates through digital vehicles services.
