Two gunned down in violence


KARACHI: Two persons were killed while other three wounded in different acts of violence in the city on Tuesday. A 40yearold, Asif, son of Iqbal was gunned down by unknown armed assailants near Native Jetty flyover. The body was shifted to Civil Hospital Karachi CHK for an autopsy.

An unknown person, aged 35, was shot dead near Al-Asif Indus Plaza, Suhrab Goth. The body was shifted to Abbassi Shaheed Hospital ASH for medicolegal formalities.

Jaffer, 25, son of Muhammad Hussain, and Irfan, 25, were shot and wounded when unknown miscreants opened fire in the limits of Docks police station. The injured were rushed to CHK for treatment.

Zain, 30, was shot at in Saadi Town, Gulistan-e-Johar. He was rushed to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre JPMC for treatment.
