Islamabad: Former Premier Benazir Bhutto’s sixth death anniversary will observe across the country today Friday on December 27. According to PPP press release issued here on Thursday‚ a condolence reference and public meeting will be held at PPP’s Secretariat afternoon in which party workers and office-bearers across the district would participate. Former state minister Tasneem Ahmed Qureshi and other leaders will address the gathering.
A large number of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) workers and leaders would reach Liaquat Bagh to mark the 6th death anniversary of former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto.
The Muslim world’s first female Prime Minister‚ Benazir‚ was assassinated in a bomb and shooting attack outside Rawalpindi’s Liaquat Bagh on December 27‚ 2007.
