Karachi: A social leader, Ramzan Chhipa, has wished Christmas to Christian community in Pakistan and other parts of the world. He conveyed his wishes during a visit to Archbishop House in Saint Patrick’s Cathedral Church on Wednesday. Chhipa presented a bouquet to Bishop of Karachi, Joseph Coutts, and cut Christmas cake with him. Issues relating to bilateral matters and inter-religion harmony were also discussed between them.
Chhipa said that all prophets had given philosophy of love and affection, therefore, they should adopt this philosophy in order to make the world a place of peace and love. He said that neglecting philosophy of ‘loving people and respecting humanity’ was the main reason behind bloodshed in the world. “We must follow philosophy of love and peace preached by our prophets in order to make this world a safer place.” Joseph also shed light on philosophy of love and peace, and urged Christian community to promise for implementing this philosophy.
