Sialkot: Chief of Pakistan Sunni Tehreek Engineer Muhammad Sarwat Qadari has asked Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to take the nation into the confidence over the crucial issue of peace talks with TTP.

He said that it was amazing that the government was holding talks with Taliban for peace without taking the nation into confidence, in this regard.

He stated this while talking to the newsmen at the residence of Daska based Sunni Leader Bashir Ahmed Naz in Daska city.. He asked the government not to waste further time.

Local leading Ulema and leaders of Jamaat-e-Ahle Sunnah Mufti Moeenud Din Naqshbandi, Allama Qari Khalid Mehmood, Bashir Ahmed Naz and others were also present on this occasion.

Muhammad Sarwat Qadari termed the ongoing peace talks between the government and Taliban as unconstitutional and un-Islamic and wastage of time, adding that it was a “fixed match” between the government and Taliban, saying that the pro-Taliban lobby was there in the government side which was directly and indirectly sheltering the Taliban and their Talibanization in the country.

Later, addressing “Azad Pakistan Conference” held at Chawinda, Pasrur tehsil here today, Muhammad Sarwat Qadari pledged to sacrifice even the last drops of the blood to save and defend the Motherland and to weed out terrorism and militancy from Pakistan.
