Ratodero, Sindh: The shortage of forms for National Database Registration Authority (NADRA) computerized arms licenses in Larkana district is creating problems for citizens who want these licenses while those who have already submitted their forms have yet to receive their licenses despite passage of nearly two months.
Ahmed Khan Shahani, Shahid Arbani and Jiand Khokhar, all residents of Naundero, told media they went to NADRA counter opened in Deputy Commissioner Larkana office to obtain forms but they were denied the same on pretext of their non-availability. They said, however, agents are selling these forms after getting hefty commission.
Reliable sources told PPI that people who have already submitted their forms to NADRA along with required documents have not yet been able to received computerized arms licenses despite passage of over two months. According to NADRA slips these computerized arms licenses are to be delivered within 30 days of receipt.
The citizens have demanded of the government to ensure availability of forms to facilitate citizens.
