Engineer Iftekhar Ahmed elected new President of Pakistan Engineering Council

Lahore: Engineer Iftikhar Ahmad has been elected the President of Pakistan Engineering Congress while Engineer Akhtar Abbas Khawaja has been elected Vice President Sindh, Engineer Muhammad Arif Vice President Punjab, Engineer Rana Khursheed Anver Vice President Irrigation, Engineer Ch. Ghulam Hussain Vice President Consultant, Engineer Dr. Izhar ul Haq Vice President WAPDA and Engineer Tariq Rashid Wattoo Vice President Industries.

According to details Engineer Akhtar Abbas Khawaja has been elected Executive Council Member Southern Zone, Engineer Shehzad Raza EC member Western Zone, engineer Syed Nafasat Raza, Engineer Jamil Ahmad Basra, Engineer Saeed Tahir, Engineer Tahir Anjum Qureshi have been elected EC Member Eastern Zone, Engineer Khalid Javed, Engineer Nayyar Saeed, Engineer Ijaz Ahmad Cheema, Engineer Najam Waheed, Engineer Ahmad Nadeem, Engineer Anwar Ahmad, Engineer Muhammad Ibrahim Malik, Engineer Sharif Shah, Engineer Shabbir Ahmad Qureshi, Engineer Pir M. Jamil Shah, Engineer Amjad Saeed, Engineer Iftikhar ul Haq, Engineer Capt. ® M. Qadir Khan, Engineer Sohail Ahmad Qureshi, engineer Mian Zia ud Din, Engineer SMA Zaidi, Engineer Malik Atta ur Rehman, Engineer Muhammad Saeed and Engineer Muhammad Saeed have been elected EC member Central Zone while Engineer Faisal Shehzad has been elected EC member Nothern Zone. The term of the office bearers and Executive Council Members of Pakistan Engineering Congress will be two years.
