City: PNCA, Lok Virsa to hold colourful activities on Kashmir Solidarity Day

Islamabad: Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) and Lok Virsa have planned a number of colourful activities on February 5 to mark Kashmir Solidarity Day under the auspices of Ministry of Culture.

With the coordination of Cultural Academy of AJ&K and AJ&K Council‚ a Kashmiri cultural show featuring‚ Artisan at Work‚ national songs‚ tableaux and puppet show will be held at PNCA and Lok Virsa to depict the stories on issues related to Kashmir.

In this regard‚ a ‘Painting Exhibition on Kashmir Culture has been arranged at National Council of Arts which includes Art Bazar on Kashmir‚ puppet show and distribution of posters and badges to portray Kashmiri culture and its importance for Pakistan. Kashmiri Handicrafts Exhibitions’ have been planned at Lok Virsa featuring playing of Kashmiri songs and tunes‚ photo exhibition and display of publicity material etc.
