Robbery at trader’s house in Khipro town

Khipro, Sindh: A gang of five unidentified armed bandits barged into house of local trader Satram in Bakhtu Mal locality of Khipro town of Sanghar district in the wee hours of Friday and decamped with cash, gold and other valuables worth over Rs.1.2 million.

The trader told that bandits entered into house by scaling the roof at around 5.00a.m when there was darkness due to power shutdown. They made hostage all the inmates and searched cupboards for an hour and took away gold ornaments worth Rs.1 million, cash Rs.200, 000, mobile phones and some other things.

Police reached at the house of traders but did nothing as usual. The house robbery has created panic among traders and other citizens as many other traders have been robbed in the past.
