IGP orders tight security for holy places

KARACHI: Inspector General of Police (IGP) Sindh Shahid Nadeem Baloch on Monday directed relevant officials to boost up security around churches, mosques, imambargahs and residents of minority people throughout Sindh province.

This he directed while presiding over a meeting of high officials at his office. He said that security should also be enhanced at bazaars, trade centers, airports, railway stations and other important places across Sindh.

He said that available resources and manpower should be used effectively so as to save life and property of the people.
