ISLAMABAD: The Chief Justice of Pakistan Nasirul Mulk has constituted four benches of the Supreme Court, which would hear the cases of various natures, during the week commencing from today (Monday).
The Bench-1 would be headed by Justice Jawwad S. Khawaja and comprise Justice Sarmad Jalal Osmany, and this bench will continue till Thursday. However, on Friday, Chief Justice Nasirul Mulk would head the bench-1.
The bench-2 would be headed by Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali and comprise Justice Gulzar Ahmed and Justice Dost Mohammad Khan. Bench-3 would be headed by Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan and comprise Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed.
During the week, cases of various natures including criminal, civil and suo moto notices involving violations of human rights including missing persons case, mass graves in Balochistan case, Haj Corruption case and Islamabad court attack case, will be heard.
