Islamabad: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has said that there is vast scope of cooperation between Pakistan and Malaysia in different fields including energy, tourism and telecommunication. Talking to Chairman MMC Corporation of Malaysia Syed Mokhtar Albukhary in Islamabad on Monday he said Pakistan will welcome branches of Malaysian banks in the country.
He said that Pakistan can fulfil the manpower requirements of Malaysia. For this purpose Pakistani students studying in Malaysia and skilled, semi-skilled workers from Pakistan can be absorbed in the industry.
Chairman MMC Corporation expressed keen interest in investment in shipping, energy, engineering and infrastructure sector projects in Pakistan.
