Islamabad: Federal minister for interior Ch. Nisar Ali Khan visited the bomb explosion site of Capital wholesale market that claimed 22 lives on Wednesday. While talking to media persons Nisar said that week and poor labourers were targeted in explosion.
He said that scanners which were bought for Rs 1 billion are not capable of identifying explosives. He said that issue of terrorism could not be overcome without acquiring sophisticated technology.
It is not possible for police to check each truck on the routes, he explained. Accountability could not be done through bullet or gun, the minister added.
