ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif chaired a high level meeting on Saturday upon his return from Saudi Arabia to discuss amongst other priorities, the implementation of the National Action Plan (NAP).
According to sources, the request of former president General (r) Pervez Musharraf to travel to Saudi Arabia as well as removing his name from the Exit Control List (ECL) was also came under discussion during the meeting.
During the meeting, the premier also ordered arrangements of funds to meet the needs of implementation of the National Action Plan. The meeting held at the PM House was attended by Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif, as well as other officials.
