Preparations completed to celebrate Eid Milad-un-Nabi SAW

ISLAMABAD: All preparations have been completed to celebrate Eid Milad-un Nabi (SAW) with great religious fervor and enthusiasm throughout the country today (Sunday).

It will be Public holiday and all offices and schools will remain closed. Special Conferences, events and Mahafil-e Naat have been arranged in this connection in almost all parts of the country.

On this occasion, Milad processions will be taken out to pay reverence and homage to Hazrat Mohammad (SAW) on his birth day.

The main event of the day will be holding of the National Seerat Conference here in Islamabad. Prominent Ulema will highlight various aspects of Seerat-un Nabi (SAW) calling upon people to follow the teachings of Hazrat Mohammad (SAW) for their salvation.

At the night, Mosques, buildings, streets and homes will be illuminated with colorful lights. Pakistan Television, Radio Pakistan and other media houses will air special programmes underlining different features of the life of Hazrat Mohammad (SAW). Newspapers will also publish editions in connection with the significance of 12th Rabiul Awwal. Special security arrangements have been finalized for the events to be held today (Sunday).
