ATC reserves verdict in SHO murder case

KARACHI: Anti-Terrorism Court-III (ATC-III) on Wednesday reserves the verdict in SHO murder case till 31 March 2014 after hearing arguments from all the counsels in the case. According to the prosecution, Station House Officer SHO, Agha Asadullah, was killed by Nazakat Ali, within the remits of Preedy police station on 9 April 2013. The accused Nazakat was also a gunman of Asadullah.

At least five witnesses had been produced in this case. The case was adjourned till 31 March 2014.

The case was registered at the Preedy police station under section 302 (premeditated murder), and 34 (common intention) of the Pakistan Penal Code read with Section-7 of the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997.
